Entering a new world of freedom and unity at Field Day

The start of June couldn’t have been better. The sun was high and the music was banging. We dived in to Field Day festival at Brockwell Park, London for what was easily the best weekend of 2018 to date. Loaded with community vibes, street food, social events, new tents and tons of top quality music the culture of Field Day is one like no-other.

There’s a true sense of unity and friendship, something you don’t always associated with festivals. From eating competitions to old-school sports day like activities, the whole occasion was captivating and indulgent. Acts such as AJ Tracey (below), AU/RA, Avalon Emerson, Barely Legal and The Comet Is Coming ripped up the stage. They delivered new music over a two day period that had the lot. Good vibes, positivity, a sense of belonging and a movement of youthful minds that finally felt connecting to something that represented them.
